Baljia as a Marblism alternative
Marblism and Baljia both sell the idea of AI employees for a small business. They cover different jobs, though. This page sets them side by side using Marblism's own public website (as of September 2026) so you can pick the one that fits the work you actually need done.
What Marblism is
Marblism describes itself as "AI Employees To Scale Your Business": a team of named AI employees that run your inbox, social media, SEO, lead generation, phone calls and support. Its site lists an executive assistant (email replies, calendar, meeting notes), a social media manager, a lead generation employee (a leads database, email and LinkedIn outreach, follow-ups and booking meetings), a website builder, an SEO expert (keyword research, weekly articles, site audits and rank tracking), a receptionist that answers calls, and a legal assistant that drafts contracts. It says its AI employees handle tasks automatically and check in when they need your input or approval.

Where Baljia differs
- It builds a product, not only a website. Baljia's builder ships a working web app: customers can sign up, sign in and use the core workflow, and you get an owner dashboard. Each build is compiled, loaded in a browser and walked through its main flow, and later requests extend the same app.
- Search includes AI answers. Besides classic SEO, Baljia checks whether AI answer engines cite your site for the questions your buyers ask, and whether your site lets AI crawlers in.
- It works where you already talk. You can run it from WhatsApp, Slack or the web dashboard, and drafts that need your OK can be approved from the chat.
- Money has a hard limit. Baljia only spends inside a budget you approve, and ads run only after you approve them.
When Marblism is the better choice
Marblism is likely the better fit if:
- You mainly want help with your own email inbox, your calendar, phone calls or contracts. Marblism's site describes employees for each of these; Baljia does not answer phone calls or draft contracts.
- You want LinkedIn outreach and meeting booking at the entry price. Marblism's pricing page lists LinkedIn outreach and booking meetings into your calendar for its lead generation employee; Baljia's LinkedIn outreach starts on the Growth plan, and it does not book meetings for you.
- You run several businesses and want them on one plan. Marblism's pricing page says every plan includes unlimited businesses; a Baljia plan covers one business.
- You need a simple website rather than an app with sign-in and a database.
- You would rather have a money-back guarantee on a paid plan than start with a free trial.
