Baljia is an AI employee for your business. It builds your product, markets it and helps you sell, with a team of specialist AI agents working behind one chat. You stay in charge: you decide what it may do on its own and what needs your OK first.

Through chat: on WhatsApp, in Slack once you connect it, or in your web dashboard. The dashboard also shows your tasks, the drafts waiting for your approval, and results.

Tell Baljia your idea, or give it your website if you already have a business. For a new idea it asks a few questions, shows you a plan to approve, then starts building. For an existing business it studies your site and starts on marketing and sales.

A real web app for your idea, with sign-in and the core workflow your customers need, live on the web. Baljia checks that the app works before it calls a build done, and keeps extending the same app as you ask for more.

It audits your site for Google and AI search and can fix what it finds, writes blog posts and pages, drafts social posts for X, LinkedIn, Instagram and Reddit, and can run Meta ad campaigns within a budget you approve.

It finds people who are already talking about the problem you solve, reaches out by email and LinkedIn at a safe pace, follows up, and drafts replies so conversations turn into calls. LinkedIn outreach comes with the Growth and Scale plans.

You do. For each channel you choose whether Baljia asks before every message or post, or works on its own within daily limits. Automations that run on their own start on a paid plan. It only spends money inside a budget you have approved. Reading, research and drafting happen in the background; anything that goes out under your name follows the setting you chose.

Baljia has three monthly plans: Starter $19, Growth $99 and Scale $299 a month. In India the same plans are ₹1,999, ₹4,999 and ₹9,999 a month, plus 18% GST. They include 200, 1,200 and 4,000 task credits a month, and a fair-use daily limit on AI usage applies to every plan. See pricing for everything each plan includes.

One task that runs, such as building a feature, publishing a page or running a lead search. Most tasks use 1 credit; a few heavier ones, like complex browser work or a promo video, use 2 to 4.

Yes. A new company gets a 14-day free trial with up to 10 task credits and a set amount of AI usage, and no credit card is needed. The trial does not include night shifts. When the included usage runs out or the trial ends, choose a plan to keep going. Automations that run on their own start on a paid plan.

A scheduled run while you sleep: Baljia reviews what happened, retries what failed and moves the next priority forward. The Starter, Growth and Scale plans include 10, 20 and 30 night shifts a month. Night shifts are off by default; to switch them on, email support@baljia.ai and the Baljia team turns them on for you. Night shifts do not use your task credits.

No. Credits do not roll over between billing periods.

Yes, anytime, without changing your plan. Packs of 30, 100 and 300 credits cost $49, $99 and $249 (₹2,499, ₹4,999 and ₹11,999 plus 18% GST in India). Packs are one-time purchases and never renew.

In India you pay in rupees, plus 18% GST. Everywhere else you pay in US dollars, and prices exclude any applicable taxes. Payments are processed by Razorpay, and Baljia never stores your full card number.

Yes. A plan renews every month until you cancel it. Credit packs are one-time purchases and do not renew.

Choose Cancel plan in your dashboard menu. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you already paid for, then stops renewing. Cancelling does not delete your account or data. You can also email support@baljia.ai and we will help.

Its credit is normally used. If a task failed because of an error on our side, email support@baljia.ai and we will review it and credit it back.

Plan fees and credits are non-refundable, including the rest of a period after you cancel. We correct billing errors, such as a duplicate charge, and any stronger right you have under local law still applies. The details are in our Refund & Cancellation policy.

No. Baljia takes no cut of your sales: what your customers pay you is yours. The only fee on top of your plan is 20% on pass-through costs, such as ad spend Baljia runs for you through its managed ad account and paid API usage by your app. If you connect your own ad account, you pay the ad platform directly and Baljia adds no fee on that spend.

It uses your business information to run your company on Baljia: to plan, build, write and reach out for you. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use your business data to train foundation models. The Privacy Policy explains what we collect and why.

Only the ones you connect, such as WhatsApp, Slack, LinkedIn, X, Google or your ad account. Connecting an account lets Baljia act on it within the approval settings you choose.

Follow the steps on the Data deletion page, or email privacy@baljia.ai. When an account is closed, company data is kept for 30 days so it can be recovered, then permanently deleted, except records we must keep by law.
