Baljia as a Polsia alternative

Polsia and Baljia set out to do the same big thing: let AI run the day-to-day work of a company for its founder. If you are choosing between them, the useful differences are in how much runs without asking you, what each charges on top of the plan, and what gets built. This page uses Polsia's own public website and terms, as of September 2026.

What Polsia is

Polsia calls itself "AI That Runs Your Company While You Sleep" and "your first employee". Its homepage says it plans your roadmap, ships your code, runs your ads, replies to customers, closes your deals and posts your tweets, and that it is free to start with no credit card. Its terms describe the infrastructure it can set up for a company (GitHub repositories, Neon databases, Render web services and Expo mobile builds), with the customer keeping ownership of the code and data.

Where Baljia differs

  • Approval is the default. Posts and messages wait for your OK unless you switch a channel to run on its own, and even then it stays inside daily limits. It only spends money inside a budget you approve. Reading, research and drafting happen in the background, because they do not act on anyone outside your company.
  • No cut of your sales. Your plan price is the whole price for Baljia's work. The only fee on top is 20% on pass-through costs, such as ad spend through Baljia's managed ad account and paid API usage by your app. There is no ad fee if you use your own ad account.
  • It works in your chat. You can run Baljia from WhatsApp, Slack or the web dashboard, and approve drafts from the chat.

When Polsia is the better choice

Polsia may be the better fit if:

  • You need to take card payments right away. Polsia's terms describe payment and subscription links it processes for you (with its 3% fee). Apps Baljia builds can take bookings and orders, but card checkout into your own payment account is not available yet.
  • You want a mobile app build. Polsia's terms mention Expo mobile builds; Baljia builds web apps only.
  • You want your code in your own GitHub repository and your app on services like Render and Neon from the start. Polsia's terms describe creating those resources, with you keeping ownership. Baljia hosts and maintains the app it builds for you.
  • You would rather give one general go-ahead for scheduled ads and outreach than choose approval settings channel by channel.
