Baljia demo: from your goal to booked meetings

Baljia is an AI employee for founders and small businesses. This 83-second walkthrough shows the whole flow: pick a goal, paste your website, see what works for your competitors, get visible on Google and in AI answers first, book meetings in parallel, and approve what goes out.

What the video shows

  1. 0:00 · Pick your goal. The video opens on “What's your goal?”: pick one or more, and your AI employees work backwards from it. The three goals are Get visible + traffic (Google, AI answers, social), Book meetings (LinkedIn, X, email) and Build my product; this walkthrough ticks Get visible + traffic, then Book meetings.
  2. 0:10 · Paste your website. You paste your website (yourbusiness.com in the example) and Baljia reads it; with no website yet, Baljia builds one first. It lists what you sell, who buys and what works: for the example business, bookkeeping, small businesses and referrals.
  3. 0:21 · See what works for your competitors. Baljia looks at your competitors' best ads, posts and AI answers. The example findings: a Meta ad running for 47 days, a LinkedIn post taking off at 6 times their usual, a ChatGPT recommendation for 2 buyer questions, and a number 2 Google rank for “startup bookkeeping”. Baljia uses what works in your plan.
  4. 0:32 · Visible first, meetings in parallel. Your four-week plan runs two lanes at once. Get visible makes your site readable for Google and AI, publishes pages that answer buyer questions and checks what ChatGPT says every week; from week 2, Book meetings finds people on LinkedIn, X and email, sends messages you approve and books meetings to your calendar. The plan then waits for your OK.
  5. 0:50 · You approve. Nothing goes out until you approve, in Baljia or from WhatsApp. You approve the plan and it starts running; on WhatsApp, Baljia asks whether to send your first 20 messages today, you tap Approve, and it replies “Done. Sending today.”
  6. 1:05 · Every Monday. A Monday report shows what moved and next week's plan. The example report lists meetings booked, AI answers citing you, pages live, people reached and replies, plus a competitor move: a competitor's LinkedIn post took off, and 3 posts in your voice are ready.
