AI sales outreach and lead follow-up
Baljia does the repetitive part of selling: it finds people who fit your customer, writes a personal first message, follows up at a safe pace, stops when someone replies, and keeps track of every lead. You step in when a conversation starts.
Who this is for
- A founder who knows who the customer is but has no time to prospect every day.
- A small B2B business that sells through conversations, such as services, software or agencies.
- Anyone whose product is live and now needs its first real conversations with buyers.
The problem
Outreach works when it is relevant and consistent, and fails when it is either skipped or blasted. Finding the right people, writing to each one, remembering to follow up and stopping when they answer is hours of work a week, so it is usually the first job a busy founder drops.
What Baljia does, step by step
- Agree on the customer. Baljia starts from what it knows about your business: who buys, what problem they have and the words they use. You correct it in chat.
- Research leads. It searches for people and companies that fit, watches for people posting about the problem you solve (on LinkedIn, and on Reddit, Hacker News and the open web once you switch that watch on), and finds and verifies work email addresses.
- Draft the outreach. It writes a short, personal first message for each lead and the follow-ups to go with it, for you to review before anything is sent.
- Send at a safe pace. Email goes out in small daily batches from an address Baljia sets up for your business, or from your connected Gmail or Outlook, with a line telling people how to opt out. On the Growth plan and up, it can also send LinkedIn invitations and messages from your connected account, and like or comment on your buyers’ posts, all under daily limits.
- Follow up, then stop. It sends the follow-ups on schedule and stops a person’s sequence once they reply, so nobody gets chased after answering.
- Track the pipeline. Every lead sits in a simple pipeline on the Sell page, with stages such as contacted, replied, meeting booked, won and lost, so you can see where each conversation stands.
What you provide
- A clear offer and a description of who it is for.
- Approval of the drafts, so the tone sounds like you.
- A connected LinkedIn account, if you want LinkedIn outreach (Growth plan and up).
- Your own replies once a conversation starts: Baljia can draft, you decide.
What it costs
Email outreach is included from the Starter plan at $19 a month (₹1,999 a month plus 18% GST in India), with 200 task credits a month. LinkedIn outreach comes with the Growth plan at $99 a month (₹4,999 a month plus 18% GST in India), with 1,200 task credits. Each task that runs, such as a lead search, uses credits. New companies start with a 14-day free trial with up to 10 task credits and a set amount of AI usage, no credit card; when the included usage runs out, choose a plan to keep going. A fair-use daily limit on AI usage applies to every plan. See pricing.
Limits: when Baljia is not a fit
- Not a bulk sender. Daily limits are low on purpose. If you need to email thousands of people a day, use a dedicated email platform.
- No calls or meeting booking. Baljia does not make phone calls or book meetings for you. Once someone replies, you take the conversation from there.
- No guaranteed replies. Results depend on your offer and your market. Baljia reports what was sent and who replied, not promises.
- You are responsible for the law where you sell. Cold outreach rules differ by country and some require details such as a postal address or prior consent. Check what applies to you before switching outreach on.
Questions
- Will Baljia send messages in my name without asking?
- Only with your go-ahead. Email outreach runs as a task you approve. On LinkedIn you choose whether to approve every message or let Baljia send on its own within daily limits, and you can change that at any time. Automations that run on their own start on a paid plan.
- How many messages does it send?
- Deliberately few. Cold email goes out a handful a day by default, and LinkedIn connection invitations never go above 20 a day. A few relevant messages get more replies than a blast and keep your accounts in good standing.
- What happens when someone replies?
- The follow-up sequence for that person stops, and the reply comes back to you. On LinkedIn, Baljia drafts an answer for you to review. The lead moves along your pipeline so you can see who replied.
- Which plan do I need for LinkedIn?
- LinkedIn outreach comes with the Growth plan and up, because it needs a connected LinkedIn account. Email outreach works on every plan.
Start with your offer
Tell Baljia what you sell and who buys it. It proposes the leads and the first messages, and nothing is sent until you approve it or switch sending on.
