Service Delivery Policy

Baljia AI is an online software service. We do not sell or ship physical goods, so there are no shipping charges, couriers or delivery addresses. This policy explains how what you pay for is delivered to your account. It applies alongside our Terms of Service and Refund & Cancellation policy.

1. What is delivered

• Subscription plans - access to the features of your plan in your Baljia account, on the web dashboard, WhatsApp and Slack.
• Credit packs - task credits added to your company's credit balance.
• Work done by Baljia's agents - websites, apps, content, research and other results, delivered in your dashboard and in your chats with Baljia as each task completes.

2. When it is delivered

Your plan or credits are applied to your account as soon as our payment provider confirms the payment, usually within a few minutes. Plans and credit packs are billed through Razorpay (in rupees in India, in US dollars elsewhere); some older plans are billed through Stripe. You can see your credit balance in the dashboard menu. The time an agent task takes depends on the task, and you can follow its progress on your task board.

3. If your access does not arrive

If your plan or credits have not appeared within 24 hours of a successful payment, email support@baljia.ai from the address on your account with your company name and the payment reference from your receipt or bank statement. We aim to reply within 2 business days. If we cannot deliver what you paid for, we refund that payment to your original payment method, as set out in our Refund & Cancellation policy.
