Privacy & data requests

Access, correction, export or deletion of your data, and other privacy questions: privacy@baljia.ai. To delete your account or remove Baljia's Instagram access, follow the steps on our Data Deletion page. Our full policy is in the Privacy Policy.

Grievance Officer

If a complaint about your data or our service has not been resolved, contact our Grievance Officer at grievance@baljia.ai. We acknowledge complaints within 24 hours and resolve them within 15 days.

Security & vulnerability reporting

If you believe you have found a security vulnerability in Baljia, email security@baljia.ai with a description, the steps to reproduce it, and its impact. Our security.txt lists the same contact.

Give us reasonable time to fix the issue before you share it publicly.
Only test against your own account. Do not access, change or delete other people's data, and stop and tell us if you reach any.
Do not run denial-of-service tests, spam, or social engineering against Baljia, its staff or its users.

We will acknowledge your report, keep you updated while we fix it, and we will not pursue legal action against good-faith research that follows these guidelines.

Abuse & copyright

To report spam, abusive or illegal content, or misuse of a website, app or message created with Baljia, email legal@baljia.ai with the link or message and what is wrong with it.

For a copyright or trademark complaint, email legal@baljia.ai with: the work you own, the link to the material you believe infringes it, your name and contact details, a statement that you believe in good faith the use is not authorised, and a statement that your notice is accurate and that you are the owner or authorised to act for the owner. We review every notice and remove or disable material where appropriate.
