AI marketing for a small business: SEO, AI search and social

Baljia gives a small business the marketing work an agency would do: it checks how your site shows up on Google and in AI answers, writes the pages and posts, prepares or applies the fixes, and drafts ads that only run on a budget you approve. You decide what goes out on its own and what waits for your OK.

Who this is for

  • A small business with a website and real customers that needs more of the right people to find it.
  • A founder whose product is live and now needs content, search visibility and social presence.
  • An owner who cannot justify an agency retainer but does not have time to do marketing daily.

The problem

Marketing a small business is many small jobs that never end: fixing the site, writing, posting, checking what worked. Most tools hand you a report and leave the work to you. And buyers now ask AI assistants for recommendations, so whether your business is mentioned there depends on things most owners have never checked.

What Baljia does, step by step

  1. Learn the business. Give Baljia your website. It reads it and records what you sell, who buys it and how you describe it, and uses that in everything it writes for you.
  2. Audit for Google and AI search. It crawls your site for technical problems, checks whether your robots.txt lets AI crawlers in, finds the searches real people make (with measured volumes when a data source provides them), and asks AI answer engines such as ChatGPT, Perplexity and Gemini your buyers’ questions to see which sites they cite.
  3. Fix. It prepares ready-to-use fixes such as page titles and descriptions, structured data, a sitemap and robots.txt. On an app Baljia built, it turns them into tasks and applies them once you approve. If your site’s code is on GitHub, it can open a pull request with the robots.txt and sitemap changes for you to merge.
  4. Write. It writes blog posts and pages aimed at the searches you can realistically win, based on what it knows about your business.
  5. Post. It drafts posts for X, Instagram (with an image or video) and Reddit, and for LinkedIn on the Growth plan and up. Posts wait for your approval, which you can give from the dashboard or your chat. For X, Instagram and LinkedIn you can instead let it post on its own within daily limits.
  6. Advertise, if you want. It drafts Meta ad campaigns and checks them against ad policies. A campaign runs only after you approve it with a daily budget.

What you provide

  • Your website address, and a sentence on what you sell and to whom.
  • The social accounts you want it to post to, connected once.
  • Approvals, or a decision to let a channel run on its own.
  • An ad budget and an approval per campaign, only if you want ads.

What it costs

Plans start at $19 a month (₹1,999 a month plus 18% GST in India) for the Starter plan, with 200 task credits a month. LinkedIn comes with the Growth plan, at $99 a month (₹4,999 a month plus 18% GST in India) with 1,200 task credits. Each task that runs, such as an audit or a set of posts, uses credits. Ad spend is separate: what Meta charged plus a 20% platform fee on Baljia's managed ad account, or no fee on your own account. New companies start with a 14-day free trial with up to 10 task credits and a set amount of AI usage, no credit card; when the included usage runs out, choose a plan to keep going. A fair-use daily limit on AI usage applies to every plan. See pricing.

Limits: when Baljia is not a fit

  • No guaranteed results. Rankings and AI mentions take time and depend on competition. A brand-new site with no history rarely ranks quickly; social posts and direct outreach usually bring the first customers sooner.
  • Sites hosted elsewhere. Baljia cannot edit a site built on WordPress, Wix, Shopify or similar platforms for you. It prepares the changes and you or your web person apply them.
  • Meta is the only ad platform. It does not run Google, LinkedIn or TikTok ads, and it does not post to Facebook pages.
  • Not a brand or PR agency. It does not run influencer campaigns, press outreach or large brand launches.

Questions

Can Baljia guarantee that I rank on Google or get mentioned by ChatGPT?
No, and you should be wary of anyone who does. Baljia does the work that makes ranking and AI mentions more likely, and reports what it measured. It labels every finding as measured, observed or inferred, and never invents search volumes.
What is AI search visibility?
Whether AI answer engines mention your business when someone asks them a question your buyers ask. Baljia checks this by asking engines those questions and recording which sites they cite, and checks that your site does not block AI crawlers.
Will Baljia post on my accounts without asking?
Not unless you tell it to. Posts wait for your approval by default. For X, Instagram and LinkedIn you can switch on posting without approval, within daily limits. Automations that run on their own start on a paid plan. It only uses the accounts you connect.
Do I have to run ads?
No. Ads are optional. If you want them, Baljia drafts Meta campaigns and nothing runs until you approve a campaign and its daily budget. Ad spend is billed separately at what Meta charged plus a 20% platform fee, or with no fee if you connect your own ad account.
My website is not built on Baljia. Can it still help?
Yes. It can audit any public website and prepare the fixes, content and posts. On a site hosted elsewhere, you or your web person apply the changes; if the site’s code is on GitHub, Baljia can open a pull request with some of them. On an app Baljia built, it applies them itself after your approval.
