The Best AI CMO Tools in 2027
No AI CMO owns your strategy. Five tools compared on the marketing work they execute, with prices from their own pages and a fit for each situation.
By Digvijay Yadav, Founder, Baljia AI
The short answer
An "AI CMO" in 2027 is two different purchases wearing one job title: help deciding what your marketing should be, and software that executes marketing work. Every tool on this page sells mostly the second. None of them owns your strategy, and the honest way to shop is to match each tool's execution slice to your situation rather than hunt for a winner.
Baljia wrote this post and sells a competing product, one of the five tools here. We make Baljia, so read its entry with that in mind. We read each vendor's public pages and re-checked them on November 5, 2026. We did not log in or run these tools, and where a page is silent we write "not stated". The five are listed alphabetically because we are not scoring them. Prices are US dollars before tax, from each vendor's own pages, checked November 5, 2026.
| Tool | Entry price | Sells itself as | Approval default stated |
|---|---|---|---|
| Baljia | On its pricing page | AI employee that markets and sells | You decide what may run alone; everything else waits for your yes |
| Enrich Labs (Helena) | $39 a month | AI marketer | Not stated for sending in general |
| Jasper | $69 a seat a month, $59 billed yearly | AI for marketing teams | Publishing to live channels not stated |
| NoimosAI | $99 a user a month | Autonomous AI marketing team | You approve executions with a click |
| Okara | $129 a month, $108 billed yearly | AI CMO | Review drafts by hand, or enable auto-publish |
What "AI CMO" actually means
A human CMO does three jobs at once. First, strategy: who to target, how to position, where the budget goes, what to stop doing. Second, execution: the pages, posts, campaigns and reports that strategy turns into. Third, accountability: when the quarter misses, someone explains it to the founder and changes course.
The tools below sell slices of the second job, sometimes with a plan generator bolted on top. A generated plan is a useful suggestion, and it is not a strategy, because a strategy is a bet someone owns. No subscription owns a bet. So the fair questions for each tool are narrower and more useful: which execution slices does it actually do, who approves the work before it goes live, and what does it cost at your team size?
The five, one by one
Baljia
Per its own pages: it builds and hosts a small-business website or web app, writes and publishes SEO content, finds prospects and drafts LinkedIn and email outreach that sends only after the founder says yes, runs Meta ads as drafts the founder approves inside a budget the founder sets, watches competitors' marketing, and tracks Google Search performance and reports what happened. Plans are on the pricing page, with a 7-day free trial and no card.
Pick it if you are a founder without a marketer and the job is getting found plus outreach that books meetings to your calendar; you decide what may run alone, and everything else waits for your yes.
Skip it if Google Ads is your main channel: Baljia's ads are Meta only, and it does not run Google ads. Outreach DMs are drafts you send yourself; the one exception is an Instagram comment-reply automation that messages only after you switch it on. It does not message your customers or prospects on WhatsApp. LinkedIn campaigns come with the Growth and Scale plans only, card checkout into your own payment account is not available yet on the sites it builds, and the trial's credits cover a focused task, not a full campaign. We make this one, so weigh this entry accordingly and test it against the others rather than taking our word.
Enrich Labs (Helena)
Helena is pitched as an AI marketer. Starter is $39 a month with 200 credits, one brand and one seat, and every plan carries a 3-day free trial (checked November 5, 2026). Its pages list the widest execution slice at the lowest price here: blog posts, GEO, Google Business Profile posts, Google and Meta ads, email, social and UGC video. The FAQ says Helena drafts and publishes content; a general approval setting for what goes out is not stated.
Pick it if you want the lowest entry price on this page and content plus GEO plus ads in one tool.
Skip it if you need the approval contract spelled out before connecting accounts, or if one brand and one seat on Starter is too tight.
Jasper
Jasper positions itself for marketing teams, with Pro at $69 a seat a month, $59 billed yearly, and a 7-day free trial (checked November 5, 2026). Its pages, as we read them, list drafting and brand tools; publishing to live channels is not stated (checked November 5, 2026). In CMO terms, that is the content desk, not the whole function.
Pick it if you have an actual marketing team that publishes its own work and wants fast, brand-controlled drafting at scale.
Skip it if you are one or two people and need work to reach live channels on its own; with publishing not stated, a tiny team is still the last step on everything.
NoimosAI
NoimosAI calls itself an all-in-one autonomous marketing team. Pro is $99 per user a month with 30,000 monthly credits; the free trial's length is not stated, and neither is the billing period behind the listed prices (checked November 5, 2026). What the CMO lens adds: the longest channel list on this page, from X, Instagram, TikTok and YouTube through WordPress to Mastodon and Bluesky, with you approving executions with a click.
Pick it if breadth of social channels under one login is the job, especially the newer networks most tools skip.
Skip it if several people need access, because per-user pricing multiplies, or if you need the billing period confirmed before paying.
Okara
Okara is the one tool here that literally sells itself as an AI CMO. Lite is $129 a month or $1,290 a year, Pro is $249 a month, and there is a 7-day free trial, one per person and per card (checked November 5, 2026). Its agents cover SEO, AI search visibility, Reddit, social and content, publishing into WordPress, Webflow and other connected platforms; you review drafts by hand or enable automatic publishing for LinkedIn, X and articles.
Pick it if content-led SEO and AI-search visibility on a CMS you already run is the core job, and you want the auto-publish dial in your own hands.
Skip it if $129 a month buys more marketing than you need; it is the highest entry price on this page.
Enrich Labs, Jasper, NoimosAI and Okara are covered in more depth, with team-size math and channel-by-channel detail, in our comparison of AI marketing agents; the entries above keep only what the CMO question needs.
The CMO hiding inside your app builder
If your site already lives in an AI app builder, part of this job may already be in your subscription. All of the following comes from each vendor's own docs, checked November 5, 2026:
- Lovable ships growth tools on its plans: you set a goal, it proposes a plan, runs an SEO review with Semrush data built in at no extra fee through November 30, 2026, and creates Google and Meta ad campaigns through your own ad accounts with no Lovable fee on ad spend. Nothing goes live until you approve, and social posts and outreach stay drafts you publish from your own accounts, except Google Business Profile posts, which it can publish after you approve (checked November 5, 2026).
- Base44 runs Google Ads Performance Max inside its platform on a new Base44-created account, billing clicks plus a 15% service fee, and can auto-publish social content, three posts a week per connected LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook and X channel, on its Builder plan and above.
- Replit has an SEO Agent that audits a published app and applies one-click fixes on paid plans (it does not write content), can run TikTok Ads campaigns from chat after you approve, and sends outreach email from your Gmail after you approve the drafts.
Check what your builder already includes before paying for the same slice twice.
What none of these tools do
None of them owns your strategy. Choosing your market, setting your prices, deciding your positioning, killing a channel that flatters the dashboard but produces no customers: those calls stay with you, because only you carry the consequences. None of them owns your relationships either, and a surprising amount of small-business marketing is a founder being visibly present; see building a founder brand on LinkedIn for that half. And none of them can promise outcomes. A tool that implies otherwise is marketing at you, not for you.
What they genuinely offer is execution capacity: more pages, more drafts, more campaigns per week than your hours allow. That is worth real money once the strategy exists. It is a poor substitute for one. One strategic job worth doing yourself alongside any of these tools: making sure AI search engines can even find you, covered in how to get recommended by ChatGPT.
Which one fits which situation
| Your situation | Start with |
|---|---|
| Solo, smallest budget here, want content, GEO and ads in one tool | Enrich Labs Starter |
| A marketing team that publishes itself and wants brand-controlled drafting | Jasper |
| Breadth of social channels under one login matters most | NoimosAI |
| Content-led SEO and AI-search visibility on a CMS you already run | Okara |
| No marketer at all; the job is getting found and meetings booked to your calendar | Baljia |
| Google Ads is your main channel | Lovable's growth tools or Base44, not Baljia |
Frequently asked questions
What does an AI CMO tool actually do?
It executes slices of marketing work: content, SEO, social posts, sometimes ads and outreach, usually with a plan generator on top. It does not set strategy or own results; it turns an existing strategy into more shipped work per week.
Can an AI CMO replace a human CMO?
No. It can replace execution hours and some reporting, which for a small business may be everything it needs to buy. The strategic bets, the budget calls and the accountability for a missed quarter cannot be delegated to a subscription.
How much do AI CMO tools cost?
Among the priced tools here, entry plans run from $39 to $129 a month, checked November 5, 2026 (NoimosAI's billing period not stated), usually with a credit or seat meter that moves the real total. Baljia's plans are on its pricing page, and ad spend is always separate from any plan price.
Which AI CMO tools run paid ads?
Among the five compared here, Enrich Labs lists Google and Meta ads, and Baljia runs Meta ads only, as drafts approved inside a budget you set. If your site lives in an app builder, Lovable creates Google and Meta campaigns through your own ad accounts, Base44 runs Google Ads Performance Max inside its platform, and Replit runs TikTok Ads campaigns from chat after you approve, per their docs, checked November 5, 2026. Ad spend always bills separately from the plan price, and tool-by-tool approval defaults are in our comparison of AI marketing agents.
Run a two-week test, not a bake-off
Pick the single tool whose "pick it if" line matches your situation and give it one real channel for two weeks, judging only shipped work you would sign. If Baljia's line matched, it is one of our AI marketing agent roles, and the 7-day free trial, no credit card, is at https://baljia.ai/.
