Sintra AI Review and the Best Alternatives for 2027

The short answer
From its public pages alone (we did not log in or run it), Sintra is a flat subscription to 12 named AI helpers, listed at $97 a month on the 1-month plan, with a $48.50 sale price shown on November 5, 2026. It suits a solo owner who wants help with social, SEO, sales, support and email, and who is happy to judge the tool during its 14-day money-back window. If that is not you, look at ChatGPT Business ($25 per seat), Lindy ($29.99 per active user), Enrich Labs Helena ($39), Marblism ($44, or $24 billed yearly), Baljia (Starter is $49.99 a month at its launch price) or Zapier Agents ($33.33 billed annually).
We make Baljia, which competes with Sintra, and Baljia wrote this review, so weigh it accordingly. We read Sintra's and the other vendors' public pages on October 31, 2026 and re-checked prices on November 5, 2026. We did not log in to any of them or run them.
That limit matters most for the question you care about: how good is the work? We cannot tell you. This review covers what Sintra states, what it costs and what to check. Only your own test can settle the rest.
What Sintra is
Sintra sells access to a set of named AI helpers for everyday business jobs such as social media, SEO, sales, support and email. The helpers work inside tools you connect, and you set their priorities, guidelines and approval levels. Its home page speaks to solopreneurs, and there is a separate section for teams.
The product is called Sintra X in its FAQ, which says pricing starts from $48.50 a month. A single helper can also be bought alone, shown at $39 a month.
What Sintra costs
| Plan | List price | Sale price shown Nov 5, 2026 | Sale cut | Term total at sale |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| 1-month | $97/mo | $48.50/mo | 50% | $48.50 |
| 3-month | $59/mo | $23.60/mo | 60% | $70.80 |
| 12-month | $52/mo | $15.60/mo | 70% | $187.20 |
These prices are as of November 5, 2026, in US dollars before tax. Sale percentages and term totals are our own arithmetic. The sale is time-limited marketing, so budget against the list column: $97, $177 and $624 for the same three terms. How and when each term is billed is not stated on the pages we read. Neither is the price at renewal.
The longer you commit, the deeper the cut, which is how this kind of sale is meant to work. The 12-month line looks cheapest, but it is also the one you cannot easily undo if the work turns out to be poor.
Single helpers need a quick sum. One helper at $39 is $9.50 less than the whole plan at the 1-month sale price. Two cost $78, more than that sale price and less than the $97 list. Three cost $117, more than either. So buy a single helper only if you are sure you need just one.
How the credits work
Every plan includes 250 monthly credits, and they reset rather than carry over. Paid top-ups are available. That is about 8 credits a day across a 30-day month.
Sintra's pricing page says credits apply to advanced actions, but its help center shows that covers everyday use. Credits are used when you chat with a helper or use its suggested tasks, and when it replies, completes a task, uses a connected integration or makes an image. Background tasks and setting up automations do not use them. Running a scheduled task does use credits, roughly 1 to 20 or more each by the help article's table.
That changes how to read 250. If a workspace runs out, the helpers stop, so the number is a working limit. The help article lists rough costs by action, so read it before you judge how far 250 will go.
The pricing page shows no free plan and no trial, but Sintra's help center describes a 3-day freemium trial with 50 one-time credits, so check at sign-up. The 14-day money-back guarantee is the firmer route.
Who Sintra suits
It suits a solo owner or very small business that wants one bill for several recurring jobs, and likes the idea of a named helper for each one. It also suits someone who wants to set approval levels instead of accepting a fixed rule.
It does not suit someone who needs a product built, since its pages describe helpers rather than software. It is also a weaker fit if you want a long free trial, or if your main problem is answering phone calls, which it does not state.
What we could not confirm
Sintra's pages leave a few gaps, and they are worth an email before you pay.
- Integrations. Plan cards say 15+ integrations, while the menu says 1000+ tools. Those may measure different things. Check that your own tools are on the list.
- Seats. No added billing for new seats is stated for its Cassie helper. Seat rules for the rest are not stated.
- Sale end date and renewal price. We found neither.
Why people look for a Sintra alternative
We did not collect user complaints. These reasons come from Sintra's own pages.
- The real price is hard to pin down. One plan shows $97 and $48.50, and a sale that ends changes the math.
- The best price needs a long commitment. $15.60 means a 12-month plan.
- Credits reset. Anything unused at month's end is gone.
- Helpers stop at zero. Chats, replies and finished tasks all use credits, and the helpers stop if a workspace runs out.
- Integrations are unclear. If your tools are not covered, the helpers cannot work inside them.
- It is helpers, not outcomes. You assign the work and judge the results. Some owners want to hand over a goal instead.
These are questions to answer, not faults. A flat bill with your choice of approval level is a sensible design, and Sintra is not a bad product because you have to ask them.
The alternatives
Sintra's headline depends on a commitment, so this list runs by the price you pay month to month, from lowest to highest, with ties in alphabetical order.
| Tool | Month-to-month price | Paid by | Free option |
|---|---|---|---|
| ChatGPT Business | $25/seat, $20 billed annually | Per seat | Trial not stated |
| Lindy | $29.99/user/mo | Per active user plus credits | $50 in credits, 7 days, no card |
| Enrich Labs Helena | $39/mo | Tiers plus credits | 3-day free trial |
| Marblism | $44/mo, $24 billed yearly | Flat, 50 hours a month | None on pricing page; 7-day money-back |
| Baljia | $49.99/mo, launch price | Credits | 7-day trial, no card |
| Zapier Agents | $50/mo, per page data; $33.33 billed annually | Activities | 400 activities a month |
Prices as of November 5, 2026, in US dollars before tax.
ChatGPT Business
This is OpenAI's paid team workspace, for teams of 2 to 200. A Standard seat is $25 a month, or $20 billed annually. It connects to Google Workspace, Slack, GitHub and Microsoft 365, offers workspace agents, and does not train on business data by default.
Pick it if two or more of you want a general assistant and are happy to direct it yourselves.
Skip it if you are alone, or you want named helpers doing recurring jobs without being asked each time.
Lindy
Lindy is the team-minded option. It plugs into a company's tools and can work from Slack, with marketing, sales, support, ops, finance and recruiting all in scope. Prices start at $29.99 per active user for 3,000 credits, and a $50 credit lasting 7 days needs no card. Anything with outside impact waits for approval.
Pick it if several people need one AI across the tools they already use.
Skip it if you work alone and want one flat bill for many jobs.
Enrich Labs Helena
Helena plans, creates and ships marketing: blog posts, GEO, Google Business Profile posts, Google and Meta ads, email, social and UGC video. Starter is $39 with 200 credits, one brand and one seat. Pro is $99 with 700 credits. Credits reset on the 1st of each month, and every plan has a 3-day free trial.
Pick it if marketing is the whole job and you would rather not pay for sales or support help.
Skip it if you want clear sending controls. General sending approval is not stated.
Marblism
Marblism is Sintra's nearest match in format: one flat plan, seven AI employees, at $44 a month or $24 billed yearly, with a 7-day money-back guarantee. It adds phone reception and legal, which Sintra does not state, and includes unlimited team members and businesses. The catch is control. The employees go ahead by themselves and ask only when they need you. Our Marblism post goes deeper.
Pick it if you want a broader bundle, or a lower list price.
Skip it if you want to set approval levels yourself.
Baljia
Sintra gives you helpers to assign. Baljia starts from a goal, such as showing up on Google and in AI answers or booking meetings, with the product built first if there is none. It then plans the work, which you approve, from WhatsApp, Slack or the web. Starter is $49.99 a month at its launch price, with 1,000 credits, and credits never expire, unlike Sintra's monthly reset.
It loses to Sintra in several ways, and they are worth stating.
- There is no money-back window. Plan fees and credits are non-refundable. The free trial is the only way to try it, at up to 33 credits, and Sintra's 14 days give you longer with the full product.
- It costs more than any of Sintra's sale prices while those last.
- LinkedIn campaigns come with Growth and Scale, not Starter. Sending limits bring volume down, but they are no guarantee of account safety: LinkedIn can restrict accounts that use automation.
- Apps are web only. They handle bookings and orders, and card checkout into your own payment account is not available yet.
- No phone calls, and no revenue promise. One credit does not equal one task either.
Pick it if you would rather hand over a goal than assign helpers, and you want to approve what goes out.
Skip it if you want a helper for each small job, or a refund window.
Zapier Agents
Zapier Agents are custom agents across your connected apps, so you design the helper instead of hiring one. The free plan has 400 activities a month. Agents Pro is $33.33 a month billed annually, with 1,500 activities, and page data lists $50 on monthly billing. Outcomes can vary between runs, as Zapier itself says.
Pick it if you already use Zapier and only need a job or two handled.
Skip it if you would rather not build anything.
Which one fits you
| Who you are | Start with | Why |
|---|---|---|
| Solo, several recurring jobs | Sintra | One bill, 12 helpers |
| A small team that will direct the AI | ChatGPT Business | General workspace, per seat |
| A team with many tools | Lindy | Works across your stack |
| Marketing only | Enrich Labs Helena | Content, ads and social |
| You want phones or contracts covered | Marblism | Both are in the bundle |
| A goal, not a set of helpers | Baljia | Plans the work, you approve it |
| One narrow automation | Zapier Agents | You design it |
Stay with Sintra if
- Your tools are on its integrations list and your helpers are doing useful work.
- 250 credits covers your month, so the helpers never stop.
- You hold a sale price that has beaten everything above, and you have checked what renewal will cost.
- You like setting your own approval levels.
What to export before you leave Sintra
Sintra's public pages say nothing on exports that we could find. Start here:
- Your brand guidelines and any instructions you gave the helpers. They took work to write, and you will reuse them.
- Finished outputs: posts, emails, reports and SEO work.
- Anything scheduled in connected tools, which you should clear or move.
- The list of tools you connected, then remove Sintra's access from each one.
- Your purchase date. If you are inside the 14 days, ask how to claim the refund before the window closes.
- Any paid top-ups. Check what happens to them when you leave.
How to use the 14 days
The money-back window works like a free trial, so plan it as a test.
Day 1: Connect your real tools and note any that are missing. Write down the date 14 days from now.
Days 2 to 5: Give two helpers one real recurring job each. Count how many outputs you could use without rewriting.
Days 6 to 10: Watch your credit balance. Which actions used it?
Days 11 to 12: Divide the credits used by the days so far, multiply by 30, and compare that with 250. Then ask support what renewal costs.
Day 13: Decide. Keep it, or claim the refund.
Only then look at a longer term. Our hiring test has more on scoring output, and what an AI employee costs puts these prices next to human help.
Frequently asked questions
Is Sintra AI worth it?
It can be for a solo owner with several recurring jobs, but we did not run it, so we cannot vouch for the output. Start with the 1-month plan, use the 14-day money-back window as your test, and budget against the list price.
How much does Sintra AI cost?
Sintra lists at $97 a month on the 1-month plan, $59 on the 3-month plan and $52 on the 12-month plan. Sale prices of $48.50, $23.60 and $15.60 were shown on November 5, 2026, and the sale is time-limited.
Does Sintra have a free trial?
Possibly. The pricing page shows no free plan and no trial, but the help center describes a 3-day freemium trial with 50 one-time credits, and who can get it is not stated, so check at sign-up. The 14-day money-back guarantee is the surer option.
How do Sintra credits work?
Each plan includes 250 monthly credits that reset, and you can buy paid top-ups. Sintra's help center says credits are used when you chat with a helper and when it completes a task, uses an integration or makes an image. Background tasks and setting up automations do not use credits, but running a scheduled task does, roughly 1 to 20 or more each by the help article's table. If credits run out, the helpers stop.
What is the best alternative to Sintra?
It depends on the gap you want to fill. Marblism is the closest bundle, Enrich Labs Helena covers marketing only, Lindy suits teams, and Baljia suits owners who want to hand over a goal.
Start with a goal
If handing over a goal sounds better than managing helpers, try Baljia for 7 days at no charge and with no credit card. The trial gives you up to 33 credits and a set amount of AI usage, and it can build a landing page, with sign-in, bookings and orders reserved for paid plans and LinkedIn campaigns for Growth and Scale. Go to https://baljia.ai/, and see the AI employee page for what it covers.
